Sam Bassali

Sam focuses his skills on the early stages of a claim. Sam has extensive experience reviewing and analyzing claims to identify issues, applies his extensive trial experience, and leverages the long-term relationships he has developed with numerous claims professionals from various insurance carriers, to deliver maximum recoveries most efficiently. Sam’s early detailed analysis creates the foundation of a lawsuit when the responsible party refuses to accept its liability.

Sam is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and has personally tried over 50 jury trials to verdict. Due to this experience, Sam has been selected to and has served as a head arbitrator for the State of Illinois and has conducted arbitrator training on behalf of the State of Illinois.

Sam received a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Illinois Chicago and earned his law degree from the Northern Illinois University College of Law.

In addition to finding fulfillment in his work, Sam is an Illinois licensed real estate broker, suburban parochial school board member, avid martial artist, and proud husband and father.
